Just thought I should encourage others to choose this company should they need an appliance serviced. When my dryer suddenly stopped working, I took a chance and called you when I found Appliance Service online. You arrived quickly (showing up when you said you would), diagnosed the problem, were clear about the cost, and, most importantly, got me back doing laundry. American Appliance Service has been at my home several times. Each time they arrive when they say they will and fix the problems quickly and professionally. When I called them on September 6, 2011, I expected to have to wait a week or so due to Hurricane Irene. To my surprise and delight, John was able to be at my house the next day! Although we weren't flooded, not having my dryer working could have been a major hassle. John diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts, made the repairs, and almost before I knew it I was "back in business". I wouldn't call anyone else. Many thanks to Walter and John.
